First Attempt at Viral Fried Egg Sandwich

I kept seeing this idea everywhere, I think originally starting with some street food video or something. It looked so good. I add my own twists, with artisan bread and salt sprinkled on top. It was BOMB. Btw, I used fresh grated colby jack and parmesan cheese. SO GOOD.
