Threw this breakfast together this morning. Mixed fresh basil paste into scrambled eggs. Topped it with salsa, avocado, sour cream, and garnished with fresh parsley and sriracha. I am a sucker for mixing tangy, creamy sour cream with anything spicy and the herbal, buttery flavor of the eggs was a nice base for that combination. The salsa gave a little extra kick and texture to the dish as well. Overall very pleased with how it turned out.
