Sardine Tacos with Veggies and Sriracha Mayo

Made some pretty darn delicious sardine tacos tonight for dinner with garlic, onions, green chilies, mini sweet peppers, and mushrooms, then topped with a sauce equal parts sriracha and mayo (thanks @foodheaven for the sauce idea!), and finally some fresh grated parm on top.
